Ryan In Scotland - Visiting St Andrews

The greatest landmark in St Andrews is this massive ruin from 1199. No one builds churches this way anymore.

Overlooking the 18th green of St Andrews Golf Club - the birthplace of golf.

As he made his way to St Andrews, he topped a hill when, suddenly the town and University were in sight.

Ryan stands at the location where Patrick Hamilton was burned at the stake for teaching the Reformational truths of Martin Luther, becoming the first martyr of Scotland of the Reformation period. Ryan avoided stepping on the stones honoring Patrick Hamilton.

Hey guys! Wow, it is really pretty over there! :) Ryan looks like he is loving every second of it. Where are you, D too? :) We can't wait to hear about all of y'all's adventures, but pictures too. I love that castle/church. It's really pretty and then the PH on the ground is cool too. [We are studying Martin Luther in history right now]. The golf course doesn't look green, but it's still pretty. Well, it looks like you guys are loving the trip over there to Scotland. Kind of wishing I was there with you guys, but that's for another time as a family. Take TON of pictures of both of you guys, hope you guys enjoy the rest of the trip & definetely can't wait until we pick y'all up from the airport! :)

From US to Scotland-We love you!
